Wandering the local town due to a school event (Poem in Your Pocket - the kids wrote poems this year, and participating businesses give small treats and rewards for traveling poetry readings).
Our local Pho place is participating and I'm thrilled because I've been wanting to try them since we discovered them last year, life's just been hectic.
Believe it or not, I've never had pho. (That I remember, anyway. I had a Vietnamese uncle so may have had it as a kid and just don't remember).
Anyway, it's delicious, so I'm definitely having it again. Especially since 7yo absconded with half my noodles, and has declared herself a fan, too.
